Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful investment in your long-term health, relationships, and peace of mind. The insight, coping strategies, and personal growth you develop in our sessions are tools that will serve you for the rest of your life. To help you plan for this commitment, you can find a transparent breakdown of my standard fees and accepted insurance networks below.

Fees

  • Initial Intake Session (First Appointment): $175.00 per 50–55 minute session.

  • Regular Therapy Session (Follow-Up): $160.00 per 50–55 minute session.

Insurance & Care Networks

I am an in-network provider with the following insurance companies:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

  • Healthcare Highways

  • HealthChoice

  • Mending (also known as Taro. Please see note below)

  • Optum

  • UnitedHealthcare (UHC)

  • UMR (please see note below)

I also accept members through the following employer direct-care networks:

  • Nomi Health (Please verify your employer benefits before our first session)

A Note on Third-Party Administrators (TPAs): Many insurance plans utilize third-party administrators (such as Mending, UMR, WebTPA, or Meritain) to process and pay claims. Even if your card features one of these administrator names, you are still considered in-network as long as your primary underlying network is listed above.

Verifying Your Benefits

Insurance plans vary widely, and mental health benefits can be managed differently than medical benefits. I highly recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card before our first session to verify your specific behavioral health coverage, copay, or deductible requirements.

Payment Methods

Payment is due at the time of your session. For your convenience, I accept the following forms of payment:

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) cards

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA / Flex) cards

  • Most major credit and debit cards

  • Cash

  • Check

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee ($160.00). Please note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement or coverage for late-canceled or missed appointments; this fee will be your sole financial responsibility.
