I have been helping individuals, couples, children, and families since 2016. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma. I have worked in both private practice and group counseling centers for 10 years. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who have struggled with depression and anxiety, boundary problems, trauma, addiction and codependency, and teenagers who struggle with the pressures of adolescence.
